Fox News fired contributor Kevin Jackson after he attacked Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s accusers on Twitter.
Jackson, a Trump supporter who frequently appears on the network’s morning and daytime shows, attacked Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and the other women who have accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault and misconduct during his high school and college years.
Jackson wrote that Ford, who went on to earn two Masters degrees and a Ph.D., had “academic problems” caused by her “PROMISCUITY.”
“Dang girl, stop opening your legs and OPEN A BOOK!” he wrote.
“TO HELL with the notion that women must be believed no matter what,” he wrote in another tweet that has since been deleted. “Lying skanks is what these 3 women are, and we ALL know more.”
The network announced that they have terminated Jackson after the tweets.
“Kevin Jackson has been terminated as a contributor,” a Fox News spokesperson told Mediaite. “His comments on today’s hearings were reprehensible and do not reflect the values of FOX News.”
