A Republican Oklahoma lawmaker lashed out at teachers striking for education funding over their “decorum,” Tulsa World reports.
Rep. Kevin McDugle posted – and soon deleted – a Facebook video said he voted for every bill to support education last year but changed his mind after the walkout.
“I’m not voting for another stinking measure when they’re acting the way they’re acting,” he said in the video.
“You’re losing support of people who supported you all year long,” he said. “Now you’re going to come here and act like this after you got a raise?”
“Go ahead, be pissed at me if you want to,” he added.
