There has been another school shooting in America.
On Tuesday, the news broke that a shooting has left at least three dead at a small, public elementary school that serves 100 children in Racho Tehama, California.
The shooting reportedly started in a home and then moved to Rancho Tehama Elementary School. The shooter was killed by police.
According to the local news, which is providing live updates on the story, at least three children were transported to a local hospital and three people — ages unknown — have died. That number includes the shooter.
According to Enloe Medical Center three people were transported by ground and one by helicopter.
They can confirm that three of them were children and one of them was an adult.
Tehama County Sheriff deputies are at the scene of a reported shooting in the area of Rancho Tehama in Tehama County at this hour.
Sheriff’s Investigators confirm that there are at least three deaths, including the suspected shooter.
Investigators from the Sheriff’s Department confirmed that multiple shots were fired and there are multiple victims.
The investigators said that the shooting started a one location then moved to near Tehama Elementary School.
The school has been cleared and the children are in a safe location.
There are more than 100 law enforcement on scene, and more police personnel are on the way.
