CNN reported on Thursday that Rep. Devin Nunes, the former head of the House Russia Investigation who recused himself, is still working on the investigation despite his recusal.
Earlier in the week, a House Intelligence Committee source told CNN that Nunes allegedly took a trip to the CIA in order to review Russian Intelligence.
Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) didn’t see to care when he was asked about Nunes still working on the investigation.
“He recused himself, so he can set those limits,” Quigley said.
Previously, when Nunes came under fire for how he was handling the Russian investigation, he threatened to derail the investigation before eventually recusing himself.
See the video below for a breakdown of what he did:
CNN asked him on Thursday why he was still working on the case.
“I don’t talk about intelligence,” Nunes responded.
