Billy Graham’s Son: Obama Officials Are ‘Anti-Christ’, ‘Hostile Toward Christians’

Reverend Franklin Graham, the son of iconic Presidential adviser Billy Graham, is going on the offensive against the Obama White House, saying some in the administration are hostile towards Christianity and even dubbed them “anti-Christ.”

In an interview with Family Research Council President Tony Perkins, Graham asserted that there are people working in Obama’s White House who are “trying to completely secularize our military” and are “hostile to Christians”. Graham even said that they are “anti-Christ in what they say and in what they do.”

Perkins turned to Graham, asking “I would have to believe you’re also tracking, in fact I know you’re tracking because you were a part of it – when you were scheduled to speak at the Pentagon a few years ago they disinvited you – are you concerned about this intense religious hostility that we see manifesting in our nation’s military?”

Graham replied “No question. And my son just got back from his seventh [military] tour this weekend. So, I love the military. There has been huge pressure on the chaplains in our military – and our chaplains have been a wonderful thing for the military. But there is a move to get rid of the chaplains in our country, and to completely secularize our military. Actually, they are hostile to Christians.”

Graham continued to accuse “some” in the Obama Administration of being anti-religion, saying “A lot of this is coming from this administration and is being pushed by people within the White House. And when I say White House, I’m not saying the president, because I’m not sure how much of this he’s aware of. But it’s people that work for him that have power, that are sitting in offices, and they are hostile to Christ. They are anti-Christ in what they say and in what they do. And they are pushing this agenda into the military. It’s scary.”

After being asked if America can get back to its principles, Graham said that our situation is just like when “Israel turned their backs on God.” “There was usually some type of calamity,” Graham said. “There was a famine, there was a persecution from their neighbors, nations would come in and overrun them and destroy them.”

“I don’t know what’s going to have to happen in this country,” Graham concluded, “but my prayer is that America will wake up before that [persecution] happens.”

Franklin, you will never fit in your Dad’s shoes,Rev.Graham was a true man of God that did not judge man’s hearts.

    • YouHaveIssues

He most likely learned all this hate from his dad.

      • james

Truth is only hate when you are blind! Rev. Graham speaks the truth!

  • Timothy Bauer

But you can judge by someones actions.

    • Keith F Smith

      So you should be careful.

  • Bridget47

If “secularizing the militry” means army chaplains can’t tote swimming pools to Iraq and then only offer them to soldiers willing to be baptized – I’m all for it.

The crazy religious conservatives have bent over backward to make our military a place unfrlendly to people who don’t believe as they do – to the point where the Air Force Academy started classes with an evangelical service and that has to stop.

And I am a religious person.

    • love god

Crazy religious conservitives: wow,and you say you are religious! You need to pray for this world. When all turn there back on the only one who truly loves you with no judgement or persecution just love ! And that is a bad thing ? . So answer me this (miss I am a religious person) are you a “Jesus freak” or “devil worshipers” odd how one who loves good is a (freak) and on who enjoys bad (worship). So stop being concerned with the rest of the world ,fix your soul then worry about all your sisters and bothers of the world.because we all have to live and love together or die missapperply abart and alone. Take a pick it your choice .just know (GOD LOVES YOU) I LOVE SISTER.

      • Bridget47

        God loves everyone.

Including all of the people that Graham just called anti Christ.

As for most of your rambling, I will pray that someone gets you back on your meds.

Shoving religion on anyone and possibly turning them against God, is a sin.

    • james

Nice how you think its okay to steal peace from soldiers who may die. The peace I speak of is a relationship with God. Baptism is a symbol of an inward commitment to Jesus Christ. So, You wont at least steal their salvation when they confess it! Sad and pathetic how evil some of you have become…

      • Bridget47

Forcing baptism for the price of a bath is not a true conversion and would only be considered so by a petty little person who doesn’t truly believe in God’s power but only their own.

Forcing AMERICANS to follow any religious practice when they are in their field and risking their life for this country is despicable and gives all Christians a bad name.

You want evil? Look in the mirror.

    Too funny.

I know of nobody in the Obama Administration, that has said against Christianity, or the Bible.
If Graham was disinvited to speak to the military, it’s probably because of his connections to the Tea Party. The Tea Party has caused terrible problems for this country. They don’t believe our Represenatives should work together for the purpose of bringing this country together. Their belief is “Our way, or no way”, Ted Cruz proved that. This also sounds like a good way for Graham to bring in more money for his church. Many people will give their last dollar to churches, to prove Obama wrong on churches. Problem is, the only person speaking against the church, is Graham. Plus we all know GW Bush is the real antichrist, with his killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent people, and the selling out of this country to the wealthy, for his Lie-bary.

  • Dave F

I hate these Faux religious zealots like Graham junior. as per usual with these Tea Party associated idiots, there is absolutely no proof of his allegations. just a money grab from his church the donors. probably meant to invite his father, and when they accidentally found out it was his son they dis- invited!

can’t say what I really think, but I hope GrandHam Jr. has to spend a lot of time sitting in a waiting room. Get my drift?

What the hell do these fanatics know about Christianity? Freedom-hating, truth-hating, narrow minded, militarized, force-fed–the one and only true, holy, antiseptically clean religion and don’t you forget it! That’s their version of Christianity. Religion is the blight, the curse, the stain, the bleeding, seeping, running sore of human society. Religion is what made the Dark Ages dark and these people are determined to bring those ages back. A history of wars, holocausts, terrorism, inquisition–religion is the excuse for intolerance.

Religion is religion a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is not a religion. PS…atheist and communist have done such a great job of evil as well…Lets see Russia Lenin, Stalin, then Pol Pot and the killing fields, then of course Cuba, and S. America Marxist uprisings, and dont forget China and the anti God communist….Oh and Italy under Mussolini he was an avowed socialist, who hated God and religion. The state became religion and the entire Nazi platform was socialist. Further, the same is true of Hitler. Hitler wanted to take Germany back to pre Christian Paganism. Also, he had a court Occultist…It was evangelicals who were murdered by Hitler like Dietrich Bonhoeffer that helped to eventually bring him down. Further, many of the people murdered by Hitler were evangelical Christians and many of the Jewish people also believed in Jesus Christ. In fact one was a catholic nun. .The point of this diatribe Obama loves socialism and I believe hates God especially the real God of the Bible. PS the real problem are those who sleep and want to blame all the world’s problems on religion. When in fact 42 million were murdered during the 20 Century in the name of godlessness! This is fact! Today N. Korea continues the death toll with its atheist regime and other nations such as China continue to persecute Christians….I honestly pray you find peace in a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the only way out of your sin and distress.

At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of this place. Hear attentively the noise of he’s voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth. He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth. After it a voice roared:h hundredth with the voice of he’s excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard….. Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgement, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict….. hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou lowest it all.

  • Jennifer Riesmeyer Russell

Hasn’t the President given enough $ to Graham? Sounds like it.

  • Mike Carroll

No doubt, it has been a consistent theme of his administration.

As a militant agnostic, I think a focus on reminding atheists that theirs is also a faithbased system (ie, religion) would be beneficial — the bland assumption that they hold the scientific and philosophical high ground is clearly incorrect, and should be challenged at every opportunity.

  • No-bum-a

    God loves everyone…….except Obama

  • unclesamonmars

Graham and his father are both cuckoo birds. Both are clueless as well and care only about lining their pockets with money. He just wants “anti-christ” and Obama in the same story for internet search purposes.

  • zebedatious

No one elected this guy or his father. Let him complain at the ballot box like everybody else.
